Luca Patti is our founder and managing director.  Best described as a lateral thinker, with a passion for unravelling complex fraud matters, Luca solves problems through an indirect and creative approach, using reasoning that is not immediately obvious and involving ideas that may not be obtainable using only traditional step by step logic.  His eye for detail, research, analysis and interpretation capabilities enable him to offer unparalleled advisory and investigative solutions to individuals, small businesses, corporations, law firms, insurers, financial institutions and government agencies.

Prior to establishing QNA, Luca spent 15 years with various law firms, insurers, financial institutions and investigation agencies.  His career has benefited from exposure to diverse environments and he has received numerous commendations for the successful investigation, management and resolution of complex and protracted investigations, a number of which had overlays of civil and criminal liability.  Luca derives great satisfaction from contributing to the professional development of colleagues and an industry that offers ongoing challenges as financial crime trends and investigation techniques evolve.
